Questions
Is any of this safe to use with our customers' conversations?
Yes, and that is the point of how it is built: the software runs on your own systems, so the conversations stay inside your business. We never receive them. Your IT team can check that for themselves on Deployment & security.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes, two ways. We will walk you through it on a call, with your own kind of conversations rather than a canned demo. And the Free plan costs nothing and runs the same self-hosted software as every other plan. It still starts with a short call, because a licence key is issued to a named customer.
How do we buy it?
We talk it through, agree what you need, and put it in a contract. The Pay as you go plan renews by card; Enterprise is invoiced on your terms — PO number, net terms, bank transfer. Free costs nothing. On every plan, there is no checkout.
How long before our team is using it?
Days, not months. Once terms are agreed your IT team installs it and we help. Deployment & security has the specifics for them.
Do we need technical people to run it?
Someone who looks after your systems, yes — it is installed on your own infrastructure rather than being a website you log in to. It is a normal, well-trodden install, and we do it with you.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It stays where it is. At the end of the term the licence stops verifying and the app stops unlocking the engine, but nothing is deleted — your data never left your own systems.
